Why Do We Call it Code Drop?

Mostly because we haven't been able to come up with a better name.

• app_package
• app_deploy
• stage
• staging
• application_staging
• packaging
• the_folder_you_deploy_from
• etc

We'll take comments on ideas for a better name. :D
